ORPHEUS PELLETS
Vizor Ltd. has been manufacturing pellets of coniferous wood since 2012. The pellets are of the highest A1 grade and are characterized by a very high calorific value and a very low ash content. The company holds the world's most prestigious ENplus A1 product quality certificate. Currently Vizor Ltd. is one of the largest manufacturers in Bulgaria. It has 2 manufacturing plants - in the village of Bukovo, Madan municipality, Smolyan district, and Momchilgrad municipality, Kardzhali district. The company's trademarks are ORPHEUS pellets and VIKINGO. The products are sold by over 10 distributors of the company in Bulgaria and abroad.2013STARTS PRODUCTION OF PELLETS
In 2013, the first Orpheus Pellets pellets were produced in the village of Beech Municipality of Madan. The company reached a capacity of 900 kg / h.2014 STARTED THREE SHIFTS
Orpheus Pellets started work on three shifts. In order to meet the increasing demand, the company switched to a 3-day mode of operation.2016 FIRST MODERNIZATION
Upgrading involves replacing two of the major machines in the production line. As a result, higher operational reliability and higher productivity have been achieved. 1.2 t / h capacity is reached.2018 CONSTRUCTION OF A SECOND ENTERPRISE STARTED
In 2018, the construction of a second Orpheus Pellets production plant in Momchilgrad Municipality begins. The design capacity is 4-5 t / h.2019 COMMISSIONING
The new production starts at the end of 2019.
